LINKS FIXED FOR: FYI to my subscribers only + gift ideas for all
Just popping in with a gentle reminder to my newsletter subscribers only, that my handmade books and other items are on sale at 20% off for only a few more days (until Dec.6th only- this Friday).
Honestly, if you are looking for unique and thoughtful gifts this Christmas, consider these possibilities:
- If you have any artists friends, there is nothing more personal than a sketchbook that is handmade. Look for those in my shop that specifically state Fabriano paper in the description. This ensures that you are giving them the best quality paper inside this beautiful sketchbook. Here’s an example of one with Fabriano paper inside but look through the shop for more styles and check the description section for that Fabriano paper.
- If you know someone getting married this year - gift my unique beaded books or the the lay flat binding ones. Lay this out at the wedding and have people leave comments for the bride and groom. The lay flat bindings are best for this and any book described as “Coptic Bound”, like this one, will lay flat and provide a WOW factor.
- If you have someone on your list who likes to print out their photos - gift one of my larger format books in 6 x 9 or the japanese stab bound books. These can be used as photo books. Add a few sets of photo corners to the package and you have a great gift. Even better, fill the book yourself with photos of you and them and offer that as a gift.
-For that hard to buy for person or the person who has everything there is only one choice - look through my selection of journals that have individually, hand beaded pages. I am certain they won’t have one of these. Here is just one example.
If you have a compulsive list maker (like me) on your Christmas list, offer one of my lined journals like this one here. You can’t go wrong with this one.
Finally, these little mini books here or here are great stocking stuffers at a good price. (If you need more let me know as some are still not listed).

Oh, and one more thing. My books are beautifully packaged so it’ll save you the time gift wrapping. So, if you want to keep the packaging but want to want to include a personalized note, let me know in the comments here in my contact form and I’ll include it inside or outside of the package as you wish. Also if you would like me to mail the package directly to them with a note from you - I can do that too.
